  1. Freedom customers who purchase a new order for $2000 or more in a single transaction in accordance with these terms and conditions between 18/08/08 and 07/09/08 will receive a $200 promotional voucher described below.
  2. The minimum purchase/order of $2,000 or more of goods in a single transaction may not include new orders/products purchased or ordered in conjunction with Finance offers including Interest Free Finance, Ezipay or other instore finance.
  3. The minimum purchase/order of $2,000 or more of goods in a single transaction may not include Freedom Kitchens purchases, purchases of Gift Cards, or purchases using Gift Registry.
  4. The $200 promotional voucher is valid for redemption from 18/08/08-06/09/09 only and may only be redeemed at store of issue, against Freedom products. The redemption of the $200 promotional voucher is not available against Freedom Kitchens purchases, purchases of Gift Cards or purchases using Gift Registry or in conjunction with any finance offer (including Interest Free Finance, Ezipay or other instore finance).
  5. Offer available at participating stores only.
  6. A minimum 20% deposit must be placed on any order to which this offer applies.
  7. Offer is available for normal retail quantities only.
  8. Vouchers cannot be redeemed against the original purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the Voucher is lost, stolen or damaged it cannot be replaced.
  9. Voucher must be redeemed in full on redemption - no change or a voucher for the lesser value will be issued on any unredeemed amount.
  10. Subject to any rights the customer has at law, if the original purchase is subsequently cancelled or modified so that the total remaining purchase order is less than $2000, the $200 voucher will need to be returned and cancelled or if the $200 voucher has already been redeemed, $200 (being the value of the voucher) will be deducted from any refund payable by Freedom.
